We unconditionally guarantee that every item we sell is 100% authentic. Our coats are handmade from the finest merino wools, cashmere and real fox fur. 

Shipping

How quickly can I get my order and how much will it cost?

We only ship your order once all payment and delivery details have been confirmed.
All charges for delivery will appear directly on your checkout page after selecting your shipping address.

  • Shipping generally takes up to 3 business days, and a tracking code will be provided to monitor your order.
  • Please note that during holidays, delivery may take longer.

Within the E.U.

We ship using FedEx. Your order should arrive within 3–5 business days.

To the U.K.

We ship using FedEx. Your order should arrive within 5–7 business days, with customs duties covered by us.

To the U.S.

We ship using FedEx. Your order should arrive within 7–10 business days.
The website will automatically collect any applicable taxes in your country.

Returns & Exchange

You may return or exchange any item purchased through the Atelier Oymera website within fourteen (14) days of receipt.

Exchanges are available for color or size.

Items must be unused, unworn, and with all original labels attached.

This policy applies to both items purchased by you and items received as a gift.

Quality Control

All our products undergo a strict quality check before shipping, ensuring they are in perfect condition when dispatched.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the wrong item was received.

International returns may be subject to customs duties or import taxes. These costs are the customer’s responsibility and will not be covered by Atelier Oymera.
